Wyeth Ayerst, the manufacturer of Premarin, has cut off supply to Canadian pharmacies that are selling to American patients and as such we are having difficulty sourcing Premarin. C.E.S. is another hormone replacement product that is considered therapeutically equivalent and is available. We will require authorization from your physician to substitute C.E.S. for Premarin.
